What you can do:

Stay connected with Facebook on the go using your mobile phone. TELUS and Facebook have partnered so you can take your regular Facebook activities like wall messaging, private messaging, pokes, adding friends, posting pictures and writing blogs, on the go. As well, you can access a mobile optimized version of Facebook directly from your mobile phone.

You can access Facebook from your wireless web browser menu, or by visiting http://m.facebook.com ¹

Facebook Mobile Text Alerts

To start receiving alerts, update your Facebook account and sign up for Facebook Mobile Text services:

• From your computer, log into or create your Facebook account
• Enter your TELUS mobile number, select TELUS from the drop down menu and then select Confirm.
• A confirmation code is sent to your mobile phone via text messaging. Enter this code on your computer and select confirm. Your mobile phone is now enabled for Facebook mobile text alerts!

Facebook Mobile Uploads

Facebook Mobile Uploads allows you to upload photos, videos and notes from your mobile phone straight to Facebook.

Once you have confirmed your Mobile Account just send:

• photos to photos@facebook.com
• videos to videos@facebook.com
• notes to notes@facebook.com
