View your email in HTML and you'll be able to view emails just as they were written. All of the photos, fonts, colours and links that were meant to be in your email appear.

- Log into your TELUS account and add a package in self-serve*. Register if you don't have an account.
- Visit an authorized TELUS store. Find a store.
* Reconciliation works from Smartphone to source and is dependent on email provider, implementation and protocols.
* The services available in self-serve depend upon your rate plan and mobile phone model. If you don't see a service online, call TELUS by dialing 611 on your mobile phone.
