To purchase a service or add-on, call #123 from your Prepaid phone and follow the instructions, or log on to your online TELUS account. Make sure you have a minimum of the add-on price in your account before purchasing the add-on. You can top-up your balance using a Prepaid airtime card or a pre-registered credit card.

1 Promotional and premium text messages, including My Updates from TELUS, are not included in any bundle.
2 Messages are subject to roaming and international charges. An additional 10¢/message charge applies for each text message or attachment sent outside of Canada and the US. Video and picture messaging are only available in digital coverage areas. If you do not have a picture or video message-capable phone, you will receive a text message that includes a web address where you can view the picture or video. Premium messages are not included.
3 If your prepaid account reaches a zero balance, some services such as Voice Mail, text and picture messaging, web browsing, email, and the ability to download games, ringtones or images will be unavailable.
4 Unlimited email with My Email. For enhanced email, instant messaging and chat, Java applications are available for an additional fee. My Email charges includes $3.50 for application and $1.50 for unlimited usage.
