With Voice Mail 25 with Fax, you will never miss a message or fax again, and you can retrieve your messages using either your handset or any phone in the world. You can also receive faxes, where each fax - no matter how many pages - is considered one message, and print them at any fax machine you specify.

Setting up Voice Mail

1. From your phone, dial 1 + your area code + your phone number.
2. Follow the prompts to create your password, name, and greeting.

1. From your phone, dial 1 + your area code + your phone number.
2. Enter your password and follow the prompts.

1. From another phone, dial your mobile phone number.
2. Press the * key.
3. Enter your password and follow the prompts

Setting up your greeting

1. Access your voice mail.
2. Enter your password.
3. Press 4 for personal options.
4. Press 3 for greetings, and then press 1 to select or record your greeting. If you have Voicemail 25 or Mike Advanced, you can record up to four greetings and choose one.
5. Press to record a greeting up to one minute and when finished press #.
6. Press # to accept your greeting.

Receiving faxes

To receive faxes you need a dedicated fax number and each fax (regardless of how many pages) counts as 1 message. When printing faxes, an overage charge of 20¢/minute applies.

To print a fax:

1. Sender dials your Mike fax number to send a fax.
2. You are informed by voice mail notification that there is a fax waiting.
3. Access your voice mail.
4. Follow the voice prompts through the process of downloading your fax to a fax machine
5. Chose any fax number to download your fax.

Changing mailbox and/or answering language

1. Access your voice mail.
2. Enter your password.
3. Press 4 for personal options.
4. Press 5 for language options.
5. For mailbox language, press 1 or for answering language press 2.
6. Select your language: press 1 for English; 2 for French; 3 for Cantonese
7. Press # to accept your language.
