Picture & Video messaging

With Picture & Video Messaging, you can send any of the pictures or videos you shoot with your phone to an email address, your TELUS online photo album, or to another mobile handset (within Canada, to the US and the Philippines). People without a picture/video phone will get a text message with a web address and PIN to view your message.

If you and your recipient both have Mike phones with Push to View, you should consider using that functionality instead.

To use picture messaging:

1. Select camera from the main menu and take a picture by pressing OK. After taking your picture press send and proceed to step 2.
   OR
   To send a picture in your phone's picture album press the menu key and select media centre. Choose the picture from your album that you wish to send by using the navigation key, then press send.
2. Enter the recipient's number or press contact to choose a number from your address book. Press OK to continue.
3. To enter an email address highlight the To field, press OK. You will see a send to screen. Press OK again. Press the menu key and select alpha as your entry method. Use the phone keypad to enter the address. You can enter symbols by choosing symbol as the entry method. Press OK to continue.
4. Enter a message to send with the image and press OK.
5. Press send.
