To use BlackBerry® App World™, you must have a BlackBerry® Smartphone package.

To launch BlackBerry® App World™:

1. Locate the BlackBerry® App World™ icon either on your home screen or in your  "Downloads" folder.
2. Click the icon, and if this is your first time accessing it, click  "Download".

If you cannot find the BlackBerry® App World™ icon, point your mobile web browser at mobile.blackberry.com and follow the download instructions.

   • In BlackBerry® App World™, open your My World folder, click the application, scroll down and click "Contact Support".
2. For issues with BlackBerry® App World™:
   • Select Help or BlackBerry® Help on your home screen.
