Directory assistance exemption
If you are unable to use directory assistance due to impairment and are certified by an organization, physician, or individual acceptable to TELUS, you may apply for directory assistance exemption.
Exemptions apply for local directory assistance, long distance directory assistance and enhanced directory assistance calls within Canada and the United States.
