Applying for special needs status

Eligible TELUS special needs clients may be exempt from paying directory charges for TELUS local and long distance directory assistance services within Canada and the U.S. Visually impaired clients may also be eligible for alternate bill formats (i.e., large print, braille, or computer diskette).
