Setting up Prepaid is easy

Don't have a phone?

• Buy a  Prepaid phone bundle, which includes a cool phone and up to $20 in service credits^1.
• Or buy a TELUS Postpaid phone and a SIM card if it's a 3G+ phone ², then add wireless top-up account credits.

Already have a phone?

• 3G+ Phones²
• Verify that your non-TELUS phone will work on the TELUS network .
• Purchase wireless top-up credits and a SIM card for activation.

Previously owned TELUS phones

• Purchase wireless top-up credits for activation.

You can purchase TELUS Prepaid phones, SIM cards and top up credits online using a debit or credit card, at any one of our convenient locations.

Activating your phone

Activating online is fast and easy with no account setup fee. A $15 activation fee applies to all accounts activated by phone or in-store.

If you have problems activating online, call us or visit your nearest TELUS store.

Selecting add-ons

Customize your service and save money with our selection of calling, messaging and data add-ons.

To order, call #123 or log in to your TELUS account to purchase add-ons free of charge. A $2 Service and Support fee applies to all add-ons added by a TELUS representative.
