Q. Where will iPhone 4S be available for purchase at time of launch?

A. The iPhone 4S will be available at TELUS Corporate stores, Dealers, Retailers and TELUS Mobility Web Store.

Q. What monthly plans are available for iPhone 4S?

A. TELUS offers a variety of Clear Choice Voice and Data Plans to suit your needs.

Q. I am a TELUS customer. Am I eligible to upgrade to the iPhone 4S?

A. TELUS customers now have the freedom to upgrade to a new device any time.

For customers currently in a contract, you will be required to pay the three-year term pricing for iPhone 4S and your Early Device Upgrade Fee (EDUF)/Device Balance (DB) charge. To estimate your EDUF/DB visit our Clear and Simple Device Upgrades section on telusmobility.com and follow the instructions. Customers who are not currently on a contract will not be required to pay EDUF or DB charges and will only be required to pay the three-year term device pricing.

A. Yes.

Q. I am migrating from a non-Apple device. How do I get a Micro SIM?

A. For customers who have purchased a device online through direct fulfillment and have been activated on a standard TELUS HSPA SIM are eligible for a free upgrade to a TELUS Micro SIM (this is required as the iPhone 4S only works with TELUS Micro SIM).

Q. Will I be able to use my SIM from my existing iPhone 4 in my new iPhone 4S?

A. Yes. Both devices require a micro-SIM.

Q. Is Siri available in Canada at time of launch?

A. Full functionality of Siri is not available in Canada at launch. Siri can be activated via the general setting on an iPhone 4S, however does not currently have Canadian content (directions, restaurant find etc.) and is not available in French Canadian. Time of availability will be determined by Apple.
