Overview

The TELUS Mobility Online Locator will help you locate TELUS Mobility stores within a 160-kilometre radius of any address or intersection in Canada.

Enter your address or intersection and the system will provide a map and/or a list displaying up to three of the closest locations.

 

Search instructions

  1. Enter an address or intersection, city and province where you want to start searching. If no address or intersection is provided, the locator will search from the centre of the city.
  2. Select the type of result (e.g., Map and text information, Text information only) that you would like to have displayed. Next, click on "Submit" to begin searching.

NOTE: Once the initial map is displayed, you can zoom in on a location by selecting the number or location name below.

 

Frequently asked questions

Q. Why did the locator return a list of addresses rather than a map when I hit "Submit"?

A. If the system is unable to interpret your address exactly, a list of locations will be provided. Choose the one that's closest to your address.

If there isn't an exact address match and a list is not returned, clear the street address field and enter the nearest intersection.

Q. Can I print the map that is displayed?

A. Yes, you can print the map, but let it display completely before you try.

Q. How can I learn more about locations that I have found?

A. Just select the name or numbered icon. A map and additional information will be displayed.

 

If the system is unable to process your request, consider the following options:

  • Search by the specific street address rather than the nearest intersection or vice versa.
  • Check your spelling.
  • Spell out any street abbreviations (e.g. State Highway 249 instead of SH 249).
  • Include 'North,' 'South,' 'East,' or 'West' with the address, if needed.
  • If you are unable to match a specific street address, remove the building number (e.g. 'West Long Avenue' instead of '555 West Long Avenue') to generate a list of possibilities, then choose the closest location. Or try entering the closest intersection.
