With Voice Mail, you will never miss a message again, and you can retrieve your messages using either your handset or any phone in the world.
With Voice Mail 3 and Voice Mail 10, you get standard voice mail features with the main difference being the number of messages you can save (3 or 10 respectively).
Voice Mail 25 transforms basic voice mail into a powerful message centre where you can reply to voice mail or broadcast messages to group distribution lists.
iPhone Visual Voicemail is perfect for iPhone clients looking for the unique iPhone Visual Voicemail experience. Includes Apple Visual Voicemail and Voicemail 10.
When calling your voice mail on your phone, airtime charges apply. Similarly, when calling your voice mail on your phone from outside of your local calling area, long distance rates can apply. When using another phone to call your voicemail, charges do not apply.
When you receive new voice mails, you will receive visual notification provided you're in a TELUS digital coverage area. If you're in an analog area or in some areas outside of Canada, you might not receive visual notification until you enter a digital area. View coverage maps.
Get Voice Mail
- Voice Mail 3 is included for prepaid service.
- Voice Mail 10 is available as part of a package or on its own for $5/month. It is included will all Mike plans.
- Voice Mail 25 is available for $8/month for most monthly plans, but is not available for prepaid plans.
- iPhone Visual Voicemail is available to iPhone clients on all rate plans for $5/month.
To subscribe to Voice Mail, do one of the following:
- Log into your online TELUS account and add a package in self-serve*. Register if you don't have an account.
- Visit an authorized TELUS store. Find a store.
