Windows Live™ Messenger

Most newer handsets have Windows Live™ Messenger preloaded on them. If you do not have Windows Live™ Messenger on your handset use the following instructions:

  1. Point your mobile browser to mobile.live.com.
  2. Use one of the download instructions.

  4. Select get new
  5. Select Windows Live Messenger
  6. Click OK to download

  1. Access do more menu
  2. Select applications
  3. Select get new
  4. Select tools & apps
  5. Select messaging
  6. Select MSN Messenger or Windows Live Messenger
  7. Click OK to download

  1. Go to Wireless Web
  2. Select shop / downloads
  3. Select games
  4. Select downloadable games
  5. Select tools & apps
  6. Select messaging
  7. Select Windows Live Messenger

Using other Instant Messaging applications

If you want to use a different instant messaging application – MSN Messenger, Yahoo! Messenger and ICQ – you can use Wireless Web, but this is not a subscription based service and per-page-view charges apply.

  1. Open Wireless Web.
  2. Select connect and share.
  3. Select IM.
  4. Select – MSN, Yahoo! Messenger or ICQ.
