With Voice Mail you can retrieve messages from any phone, anywhere in the world.

What you need to know

  • The main distinction between TELUS voice mail services is the number of messages that each will store.

    • Voice Mail 3 stores three messages and Voice Mail 10 stores ten.

    • Voice Mail 25 stores 25 messages but also allows you to broadcast messages to group distribution lists.

  • When you receive new voice messages, you get visual notification if you're in a TELUS digital coverage area. For more on network coverage, see our Coverage Maps.
