
There are several ways to pay your TELUS bill. Choose the one that works best for you. Please allow two weeks for payment to go through.
For the convenience of making automatic monthly payments from an account at your financial institution, either complete the pre-authorized payment form and fax it to 1-800-332-8409 or attach a voided cheque and mail it to:

To set up pre-authorized payments on your credit card, you can log in to your TELUS account, select View e.care, then click Pre-authorized Payment and follow the instructions.
You can also call TELUS at 1-866-558-2273 with your Visa, MasterCard or American Express information. For security reasons, please have your TELUS account number or PIN when you call.

To make a onetime Visa, MasterCard or American Express payment, you can log in to your TELUS account, select view e.bill, then click the pay e.bill link and follow the instructions. Register if you don't have a TELUS account.
Cash or cheque payments can be made through major banks or trust companies and credit unions (members only) when you present your bill stub to the teller or through bank machines. Service charges may apply at some institutions. If you have online banking, ensure with your financial institution if you can set up TELUS as payment receiver and pay your bill online.
When mailing your payment, allow 2 weeks for processing. Note your TELUS account number on your cheque or money order payment and submit the remittance slip included in your invoice.
