
Change your rate plans, your Share Plan members, and your 5 Favourite numbers (if you have a 5 Favourite numbers list in your rate plan). Using your online TELUS account, you can manage all of your rate plan information and even change plans. Register if you do not have an account.
Your rate plan and number of included minutes are guaranteed for the duration of your service term. However, you can change your rate plan 2 times per calendar year for no charge. A $10 admin fee is applied for each additional change per year. You may see proration on your invoice if the rate plan changed on a date other than your last bill cycle date.
If you choose to terminate your service before the end of your contract term, you will be required to pay (as liquidated damages and not as a penalty) a cancellation charge in addition to all other amounts you owe on your bill.

If you subscribe to a data service with an email feature and cancel that service within the first 12 months of a 36 month contract term, an additional cancellation charge of $100 will apply.
Cancellation charges must be paid whether the service is terminated by TELUS or you.
If you are not on a contract term with us, there is no cancellation fee.
