Get started

Most TELUS handsets are email-ready.

  1. From the main screen, select "Menu"
  2. Select "Messaging"
  3. Select "Email"
  4. Select "My Email" or if your phone does not have My Email, select "Get New"
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to download
