What networks work with my device?

To meet your needs, TELUS is continuously taking advantage of the latest advancements in network technology to increase network speeds, reliability and cost effectiveness by offering a choice of networks when you travel.

What you need to know

• Use the Device Selector tool and search for your device to identify the network your phone works on.
• US travel is not available to TELUS Prepaid subscribers at this time.

Networks

HSPA - 4G devices

TELUS 4G devices work in the US on HSPA+/HSPA and GSM networks. Check coverage maps for details.

CDMA & GSM - 3G World Phone device

TELUS 3G World Phones work on CDMA networks where available and will use GSM networks where CDMA is not available.

CDMA - 3G devices

If you’re a TELUS postpaid customer, your 3G CDMA phone automatically works in hundreds of cities in the US. Most of the services you subscribe to will work while you're in the US.

MIKE - MIKE devices

Mike devices are capable of working in the US within Sprint-Nextel iDen coverage. Check coverage maps for details.
