Want to upgrade to a new phone?

If you are near the end of your contract term, or are not currently on a contract term with us, you can take advantage of promotional pricing on our latest lineup of phones. Simply visit your nearest TELUS store or, check out our latest offers in your account. Don’t have an online account? Register today.

More options

While you may not be eligible for full promotional pricing if you have more than 6 months left in your contract term, you do have other options. For instance, our anytime upgrade policy lets you purchase phones at the no contract price. Or, if you are at least 12 months into your term, and past your warranty period, we’ll share the cost of a new phone with you.

In addition, based on your average monthly wireless spending with us, you may be eligible for full promotional pricing as soon as you reach month 24 of your current contract term.

Prepaid

If you are a prepaid client looking to upgrade your phone you can take advantage of one of the following options:

  1. If you've earned more than 50 MyRewards dollars, you can use them to get a great discount on any TELUS mobile phone. You can check your MyRewards balance by logging in to your account or by visiting telusmobility.com/myrewards for more information.
  2. You can also take advantage of our prepaid to postpaid upgrades. If you'd like to switch to a monthly plan, you will be able to take advantage of promotional pricing on the latest and greatest devices. Please note that a credit check may apply.
  3. You can also purchase any phone at the no contract price.
