Call Display
See who is calling you before you answer.
Call Display shows the phone numbers of your incoming calls so you can choose whether to answer the call. When used with Call Waiting, you see incoming phone numbers even if you are on another call.
Using outbound Call Display, also called caller ID, you determine whether your number displays to the people you call. When you block your number, it displays as "Restricted."
Get Call Display
Call Display is available as part of a phone package or on its own for $7/month. It is included with prepaid service.
To get Call Display:
- Log into your TELUS account and add a package in self-serve*. Register if you don't have an account.
- Call 611 on your TELUS handset.
- Visit an authorized TELUS dealer. Locate dealers.
*The services available in self-serve depend upon your rate plan and handset model. If you don't see a service online, call TELUS by dialing 611 on your handset.
