Vacation Stop

Vacation Stop is no longer available. If you currently have Vacation Stop on your account it will expire after six months or at your request and cannot be resumed.

Take a break from your phone service from one to six months, and we'll save your number, prevent unauthorized calling and maintain your account.

After six months, your service will resume with the same rate plan. If your rate plan is no longer offered by TELUS you will be placed on a comparable plan that can be changed at no extra cost to you.

If you're on a contract, you can suspend your service, but your contract term will be extended for the length of your suspension when you reactivate.
