Detailed Billing

Track your handset usage every month and have a printed invoice for your records.

With Detailed Billing, you receive a premium, printed monthly review of all your calls in the mail for $3 per month. This bill lists all calls made, their date and time, and the number of airtime minutes used for each call.

If you don't subscribe to Detailed Billing, you will continue to receive your invoice summary monthly for free in the mail.

To get Detailed Billing, you need these items:

Monthly rate plan

All TELUS monthly subscribers are eligible. This service is not applicable for prepaid accounts.

A TELUS account (optional)

  • If you have a TELUS account, you can view Detailed Billing for FREE. Log into your TELUS account to view your e.bill.
  • Register if you don't have one.

Get Detailed Billing

Detailed Billing is available for $3/month.

To get Detailed Billing, do one of the following:

  • Log into your TELUS account and add using Self-serve. Register if you don't have one.
  • Call 611 on your TELUS mobile phone.

Make changes to your phone

Log in to your account to make changes to your existing phone.
