To purchase an add-on or service, dial #123 from your phone and follow the instructions, or logon to your online TELUS account. Make sure you have a minimum of the add-on price in your account before purchasing the add-on. You can top-up your balance using a Prepaid airtime card or a pre-registered credit card.
1 Your five numbers must have Canadian domestic numbers in your local calling area and cannot include your own TELUS mobile phone number, your voice mail retrieval number, or toll-free/900 numbers. Calls are subject to additional roaming, and/or long distance charges. Text messages can only be sent and received from other mobile phones and are subject to roaming and international charges. This add-on includes text messaging only and does not include picture or video messaging. You can change your five numbers once per 30 days using your online TELUS account.
2 Messages are subject to roaming and international charges. An additional 10¢/message charge applies for each text message or attachment sent outside of Canada and the U.S. Video and picture messaging are only available in digital coverage areas. If you do not have a picture or video message-capable phone, you will receive a text message that includes a web address where you can view the picture or video. Premium messages are not included.
