Wireless Web
With Wireless Web, you browse specially selected websites, designed for mobile browsing, right on your phone as part of your subscription. Check movie times, look up phone numbers, trade stocks, get the latest news, pay bills, go shopping, or play games, anytime, anywhere.
You may also browse other sites at 10 cents per page, however, they may not be specifically designed for mobile browsers.
Wireless Web is available to everyone with a web-compatible handset, Mike or mobile phone, pay monthly or prepaid.
Using Wireless Web
Most TELUS handsets give you everything you need to access the Internet.
These are general instructions to access Wireless Web:
- Access your phone’s main menu and then select minibrowser, web, or Wireless Web, or if your phone has a web button on the keypad, press it.
- If you receive an enable security message, select yes and wait a few seconds while your phone establishes a unique security link.
- If you get an error message, check the instructions specific to your phone or call Client Care at *611.
