Get started
TELUS mobile email is available as a free feature that is included with all of our Smartphone packages.
To subscribe to a Smartphone package:
- Log into your TELUS account and add a package in self-serve*. Register if you don't have an account.
- Visit an authorized TELUS store. Find a store.
Setting up
To begin set up, click on the TELUS mobile email icon on the home screen of your windows mobile or Palm smartphone. Alternatively, you can find it by going to start > Programs > TELUS mobile email.
*The services available in self-serve depend upon your rate plan and handset model. If you don't see a service online, call TELUS by dialing 611 on your handset.
