Basic services: Voicemail to Text

TELUS Voicemail to Text

With TELUS Voicemail to Text, you choose whether voicemail gets converted to text messages, email or both.

If you choose to convert your voicemail messages to email, you will receive an audio file (WAV) of the voice message as well as the email. You can read the email message or you can listen to the audio file.

Using TELUS Voicemail to Text

Once set up, you will receive all voicemail in the visual format(s) you choose. To change how you receive TELUS Voicemail to Text (text messages, email or both) or your associated email address, you can log in to your TELUS account.

Deleting TELUS Voicemail to Text Messages

To delete a voicemail from your voicemail inbox, dial into your regular voicemail and delete the original voicemail message.

TELUS Voicemail to Text messages remain on your phone/email account until you delete them.

Deleting the converted text message/email/.wav attachment does not delete the original voicemail on your voicemail inbox, and vice versa.
