Caller ID

See who is calling you before you answer.

Caller ID shows the phone numbers of your incoming calls so you can choose whether to answer the call. When used with Call Waiting, you see incoming phone numbers even if you are on another call.

Using outbound Caller ID, you determine whether your number displays to the people you call. When you block your number, it displays as "Restricted."

Get Caller ID

Caller ID is available as part of a phone package or on its own for $8/month. It is included with prepaid service and Mike plans.

To get Caller ID:

1. Log into your TELUS account and add a package in self-serve*. Register if you don't have an account.
2. Call *611 on your TELUS handset.
3. Visit an authorized TELUS store. Find a store.
