There are four steps to getting up and running with Navigator.
Navigator is only available to mobile phone and smartphone users who are on a monthly rate plan. Prepaid and Mike users are ineligible.

If you get a GPS fix error, it is because you are either not within our GPS coverage area or you do not have clear view of GPS satellites in the sky.
Navigator usage is included in the monthly or daily subscription and does not count against your data plan allotment.
You can make and receive calls while using Navigator. However navigation is suspended during the call and Navigator will have to recalculate your directions once you end the call.
You can use the local search and maps features of Navigator indoors. However, for best performance while navigating you should be outdoors or in a vehicle.

icon on your phone screen, it is GPS and Navigator-enabled. If you do not see this icon, your phone is not GPS enabled. You can typically manage your GPS settings through your phone’s settings menu.
