Get picture & video messaging

Picture & video messaging is available as part of a phone package or as a pay per use service. Picture and video messages cost 50¢ per image or video sent to each recipient and are free to receive.

To subscribe to a package, do one of the following:

• Log into your online TELUS account and add a package in self-serve*. Register if you don't have an account.
• Visit an authorized TELUS store. Find a store.

Pricing

*An additional 20¢ charge applies for each picture or video sent from Canada to a recipient outside of Canada. Premium messages are not included. For message sent while you are outside Canada, there is an additional charge of 10¢ per message and data charges (per KB). If you have a messaging packing on your plan, the messages sent will be counted as part of your messaging package. The additional 10¢ per message and data charges are billed separately from the package.
