The details
- When arriving to your destination you will receive a welcome message confirming pay per use rates.
- Data is charged by the MB and is prorated to the closest 20KB. To avoid unexpected data charges we recommend turning off any applications that may stream data. i.e. weather, game and social media applications.
- Calling minutes, messages or data used abroad are separate from your monthly rate plan and will not be deducted from your regular monthly allotment. As well, international travel charges may take up to 90 days to appear on your bill.
- Voice Mail notification may not be available in all international areas.
- International Travel service is not available to TELUS Prepaid subscribers at this time.
