STEP 1 - Ensure that you have a Navigator compatible phone:
Go to telusmobility.com/navigator
STEP 2 - Add Monthly Navigator subscription to your account
Download the application and sign-up right from your TELUS mobile phone. See detailed instructions below.
You may also add Navigator subscription to your account by visiting mytelusmobility.com, visiting a TELUS store or call TELUS at 1-866-558-2273 and speak with a representative.
STEP 3 - Downloading Navigator onto your TELUS mobile phone
(See separate instructions for the Motorola Razr and the Motorola Krzr further below.)
1. Launch your phone’s menu.
2. For LG phones, select “Games & Apps” or "Tools & Apps". For Samsung phones, select “My Content” or “Tools & Apps”.
3. Select "GPS Services", then "Get New". The browser takes you to the GPS Services menu.
4. Select "TELUS Navigator", then “buy now”. TELUS Navigator will begin the download process.
5. Select the application when it is shown in “My Storage” and select “Download Now”.
6. The TELUS Navigator application will download to your phone. When complete select “Run”
7. Accept the Terms & Conditions to the Free Trial. You are ready to start navigating!
8. Next time you want to access TELUS Navigator, go to the “GPS Services” folder under “Games & Apps” or “My Content” or “Tools & Apps”, and select OK to launch the application.
NOTE: When the application prompts for GPS Access Permission, select "Always Allow".
Downloading Navigator onto Motorola Razr phone:
1. Launch your phone's Do More menu
2. Select "Applications" or press the number 7
3. Select the "Tools" folder from this menu, then "Get New". The browser takes you to the Games menu.
4. Select "Tools", and then "GPS Services".
5. Select "TELUS Navigator", and then buy now. TELUS Navigator will begin the download process.
6. Select the application when it is shown in "My Storage" and select "Download Now"
7. The TELUS Navigator application will download to your phone. When complete select “Run”
8. Accept the Terms & Conditions to the Free Trial. You are ready to start navigating!
9. Next time you want to access TELUS Navigator, go to Applications -> Tools -> TELUS Navigator and select OK to launch the application
NOTE: When the application prompts for GPS Access Permission, select "Always Allow".
Downloading Navigator onto Motorola Krzr phone:
1. Launch your phone's menu
2. Select "SPARK" or press the number 5
3. Select "My Games/Apps" or press the number 3.
4. Select the "Tools" folder from this menu, then "Get New". The browser takes you to the Games menu.
5. Select "Tools", and then "GPS Services".
6. Select "TELUS Navigator", and then buy now. TELUS Navigator will begin download process
7. Select the application when it is shown in "My Storage" and select "Download Now"
8. The TELUS Navigator application will download to your phone. When complete select "Run"
9. Accept the Terms & Conditions to the Free Trial. You are ready to start navigating!
10.Next time you want to access TELUS Navigator, go to SPARK -> My Games/Apps -> GPS Services -> TELUS Navigator and select OK to launch the application
NOTE: When the application prompts for GPS Access Permission, select "Always Allow".
Downloading Navigator to the BlackBerry 8830 Worldphone , 8130 Pearl and 8330 Curve:
1. Click on the "TELUS Applications" icon
2. Select "TELUS Navigator", and then select "Download"
3. The TELUS Navigator application will download to your device. When complete select “Run”
4. After the application loads, select "Allow Socket Connections to 216.198.139.113"
5. Now you are ready to start navigating!
Downloading Navigator to the BlackBerry 8703e:
1. Start the "TELUS Internet Browser"
2. Click on the "TELUS Applications" link.
3. Select "TELUS Navigator", and then select "Download"
4. The TELUS Navigator application will download to your device. When complete select “Run”
5. After the application loads, select "Allow Socket Connections to 216.198.139.113"
6. Now you are ready to start navigating!

STEP 4 - Add Daily Navigator subscription to your account
If after the free trial you want to change your subscription to Daily Pay-per-use
1. Launch the application, click on "Options" and then select "Cancel Subscription"
2. Confirm cancellation of your monthly subscription
3. The next time you launch application, select "Daily" to start your subscription at $3 for 24 hours.
