Making and Receiving Calls on the
Motorola V.60c/V.120c
Please note: Although the instructions and keys displayed below
are for the Motorola V.60c, the same instructions apply to the Motorola
V.120c. Both phones have similar keys and functionality with the exception
of the "flip", which is only available on the V.60c. Therefore, any steps
pertaining to this feature can be omitted for the V.120c, however all other
steps can be applied.
Making and Ending a Call
Making a Call
Open the flip, dial the number you wish to call and press
to place the call.
NOTE: To correct dialing mistakes, press
under 'DELETE' to erase one digit at a time. You can also press and hold
under 'DELETE' to erase the entire number.
Ending a Call
To end a phone call, simply press ,
or close the flip.
Using the Notepad
If you enter a number and choose not to place a call to it, the number
will be stored in the Notepad.

Highlight 'Recent Calls' and press under 'SELECT'.

Using the Dialing Menu

Enter a number and press .

Highlight one of the following and press
under 'SELECT' and follow the prompts.
- Attach Number - Allows you to attach a number from
the Phone Book or Recent Calls List to the end of the digits
you entered.
- Insert Pause, Wait, or 'n' - These are helpful
for accessing automated systems.
- Insert the Pause and then enter the second string
of digits you would like your phone to send automatically
(ie. your bank password).
- Insert the wait and enter the second string of digits
and your phone will prompt you before it sends them.
- Insert the 'n' and the phone will prompt you for a
number before it sends the next digit.
- Send Message - Create a text message to send to
the number entered.

Receiving a Call
To receive an incoming phone call, simply open the flip.
OR
If the flip is already open, press
to answer the call.
Multi Key Answer
This feature enables you to answer any incoming calls by pressing any
key (excluding ,

volume keys, or the Voice Key on the right side of the phone).

Missed Call Notification
When an incoming call is not answered, you will be notified by a message
on your display and the call will automatically go into the 'Recent Calls'
list.

Redialing the Last Outgoing Number
To redial the last outgoing number dialed, simply press
twice.
Using Automatic Redial
Using this feature will set your phone to repeat the call attempt over
the next four minutes.

One-Touch Dialing
One-Touch Dialing enables you to place a call with the press of one button.
You can place calls to phone book entries 2 through 9 with this feature.
To use this feature, simply press and hold the one-digit speed dial number
for one second.

Using Voice Dialing
Voice dialing enables you to make calls to entries stored in your phone
book by simply saying the person's name. You can store up to 20 different
entries with voice dial.

From standby mode, press the Voice Key
on the right side of the phone.

When prompted say the voice name into the
phone to display the entry and automatically place the call.
NOTE: If you say the name incorrectly,
you will be prompted to repeat it.

Dialing from a Text Message
If you receive a text message with a telephone number included in it,
you can easily call that number.

Assistance by dialing 411 and pressing .

Making Emergency Calls
You can place calls to 911, TELUS Mobility Client Care (611), and one
other number that you specify, even if your phone is locked.

Caller ID
Caller ID lets you view the number of the caller when your phone rings.
If the number is already stored in your book, the name will also appear
with the number. Your number will also be displayed to anyone who has
this feature on their phone.
Blocking your Number from Being
