Simply keep your TELUS mobile phone active on the TELUS network for the length of your contract and we'll give you a new phone at least every 3 years. A new phone just like that. Just for staying with TELUS.

If you're a client with a data device, we'll give you a discount towards a new data device (such as a BlackBerry, PDA or PC Connect Card) every 2 years.
who's eligible
If you've got a PCS or Mike device on a published monthly rate plan and your account is in good standing you're eligible for our New Phone Promise. Paging service clients are ineligible for our new phone promise.

If you're a Pay & Talk client and would like to qualify for the New Phone Promise, call our Client Care call centre or visit your nearest TELUS location. A TELUS representative will be able to help you transition to a term commitment with a monthly rate plan.

If you're eligible, when the time comes, we'll tell you all about your new phone offer. If you've indicated that you would not like to receive marketing information from us, just visit your nearest TELUS location.
what kind of phone will I get?
Clients who qualify for our New Phone Promise will receive a new specially selected phone with a minimum value of approximately $150 at least every three years and subject to a term commitment. Phones will be based on market availability.

If you have a data device, you'll get a discount every two years that can be used towards the device of your choice, such as a BlackBerry, PDA or PC Connect Card.

Offers under the New Phone Promise are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be shared between clients.
will I be charged to get out of my existing contract?
If you accept a new phone offer from us you may end your existing contract without incurring cancellation charges. Of course, current terms and conditions will apply (including a service period commitment and minimum spending requirements for voice and data services) and will be clearly outlined in your offer. Service and support fees for handset and/or rate plan changes may apply.

The terms of our New Phone Promise may be improved at any moment and are subject to any other change with 30 days notice. TELUS' service terms continue to apply.
