Below is a listing of the carriers TELUS clients can send and receive MMS to and from. TELUS clients with non-MMS-capable handsets receive an SMS notification directing them to mytelusmobility.com to retrieve their message.

Canadian Carriers

  • A TELUS client can send an MMS message directly to another participating carrier's handset.
  • An MMS message sent to a client on a participating carrier's network who doesn't have an MMS capable handset is sent a text message directing them to a designated website to retrieve the message.

US / International Carriers

  • A TELUS client can send an MMS message directly to another participating carrier's handset.
  • International inter-carrier multimedia messaging is currently only available in the Philippines.
